You're allowed to have only one account: any member that owns more than one account will result in the immediate termination of all his/her accounts. You can't upload any illegal material to ImageBullet.com including but not limited to copyrighted materials, child pornography, adult material, racial material.
You must have permission from the copyright owner or own the copyright for any images you upload to ImageBullet.com.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all content you upload.
Any illegal images or against these Terms of use will be removed with no warning.
Violating these Terms of Usemight result in a definitive termination of your account and/or banning of your IP address.
In case of images violating these Terms of Use, we may share any and all information we hold on the user/uploader with any interested 3rd parties, these information will be reported to law enforcement officials.
By uploading images you agree to hold ImageBullet.com harmless against all claims, costs, liability, damages and expenses, including legal fees, arising from the consequences of your uploads.
You acknowledge that your images might go lost in case of hardware failure or other happenings that we can't control. Moreover images that aren't viewed for more than one month are automatically removed.
